What’s your background, and how did you come up with the idea?
Our backgrounds are deeply rooted in music and entrepreneurship. We both share a passion for music and technology, which has driven us to find innovative ways to combine these interests.
The idea for our product was born out of our love for ambient and relaxing music and the desire to create a tool that would help others relax, focus, meditate, sleep better, and reduce anxiety through music. We envisioned an immersive experience that would blend the tranquility of forests with the power of music, ultimately providing a unique and transformative experience for our users. This shared vision inspired us to develop our innovative app and bring our dream to life.
During the early stage of the company, how did you get your first customers?
During the early stages of our business, particularly the beta testing phase, we reached out to a few colleagues working in the wellness and hospitality industries to try our app. We believed their expertise and insights would provide valuable feedback to help us refine and improve our product.
Since rolling out our app on all major platforms (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux), we have seen a significant increase in signups. We are now receiving thousands of new signups every week as more and more people talk about and recommend our app.

Our business is currently experiencing exponential growth, and we are delighted with our progress. We prioritize organic and solid growth over a sharp spike in success, as it lays a strong foundation for our long-term sustainability.

For our B2C approach, we have found success with social media platforms like YouTube and Instagram and collaborating with influencers to reach a wider audience. These channels have been effective in creating brand awareness and driving user engagement.
On the B2B side, we have focused on building personal relationships with key decision-makers in various industries, such as hotel managers and medical clinics. By contacting them directly, we have established partnerships and introduced our product to new segments.

What has been your biggest achievement so far?
Our biggest achievement has been the breakthrough moment when we discovered that we could translate our environmental state into musical textures and frequencies.
This innovation allowed us to create a unique and immersive auditory experience for our users, setting our app apart from others in the market. The ability to transform the environment into a dynamic soundscape not only showcases our commitment to innovation but also enhances the connection between our users and the world around them, making it a gratifying accomplishment.
What has been the biggest challenge in your journey?
We had two major challenges. One is the high-quality sound architecture design with dynamic and generative frequency driven aspects that would set us apart from all the relaxing and calming apps available in the market while resonating with our target audience and distinguishing our brand from competitors.
To tackle this, we experimented with various sound elements and modular synthesis and iterated these with our AI algorithms. This process helped us refine our sound identity and create a distinctive auditory experience.
The second one is developing a unique and advanced AI algorithm and the cloud infrastructure with an amazing UX app's natural design required deep technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the music world.
We had to invest in extensive research, conduct numerous tests, and analyze vast amounts of music data to fine-tune the algorithm. The result was a powerful and efficient AI system that showcased our commitment to innovation in the music app industry.
What’s something you know now that you wish you had known when you started?
In reality, developing, designing, and testing things often take longer than expected. To ensure the job is completed to the best of your ability, it's important to set goals with extra time and resources built in.
What advice would you give to new entrepreneurs?
Starting a successful business can be a challenging task for new entrepreneurs. However, there are certain steps we advise you to take to increase your chances of success.
Firstly, following your heart and instincts is important, as these will guide you towards your passion and purpose. Additionally, having a clear and solid vision for your product or service is essential. This will help you stay focused and motivated during challenging times.
Another critical step is to create a comprehensive business plan. This will provide a roadmap for your business and help you stay organized and on track. Be prepared for setbacks, and always have a backup plan in place.
Managing your finances wisely is also critical. Keep track of all expenses and revenue, and don't overspend on unnecessary items. Investing in marketing is also important to help your business reach a wider audience.

Over the next 6-12 months, we have planned several initiatives to continue the growth and development of Getsound.ai. Our primary goal is to enhance our AI algorithm through research and development, with the aim of refining and improving its capabilities.
To expand our user base, we are introducing our new CMO and implementing marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, influencer partnerships, and targeted outreach to businesses in the wellness and hospitality sectors. These initiatives will help us reach a broader audience and increase our user base.
Additionally, we plan to develop new features based on user feedback and market research. We will introduce new functionality to improve the overall user experience and address emerging needs within our target market.
